- 1 žumance (za premazivanje)
- 50 ml ulja
- 100 ml vode

*Za pravo ukusan paradajz sos upržiti na ulju sitno isjećenu glavicu luka, 2 čehne bijelog luka, zaliti sa jednom konzervom oguljenog paradajza (može se staviti i svježi oguljeni paradajz), dodati malo šećera, soli i origana, pustiti na srednjoj temperaturi da ukuha u fino gusti sos. Tako se može vreo sipati u vrele tegle, zatvoriti i imate uvijek aromatičan i ukusan paradajz sos za pizzu, ali je i jako ukusan s tjesteninom.
